About Oregon Legal Center

Hello. I am Richard Noble, the founder of Oregon Legal Center (OLC). I would like to take a minute to introduce you to Oregon Legal Center and give you some information about my legal career.

Oregon Legal Center, headquartered in West Linn, Oregon, is an Oregon law firm whose primary focus is the field of Estate Planning and Probate and Trust Administration services. Oregon Legal Center has created a reputation for being a leader in providing high-quality, reasonably-priced, personalized Estate Planning documents and services to Oregonians wherever they live.

My goal in founding Oregon Legal Center was to harness the power of the Internet to provide high quality Estate Planning to clients throughout Oregon (not just those in the Portland area), at hard-to-beat rates.

Let me tell you a bit about myself. My roots in Oregon go back to 1970 when I moved to Portland after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School. I have practiced law in the same location for over 30 years in an historic building that I own in West Linn about 20 minutes from downtown Portland and near I-205 and I-5. Take an online tour of the office

I practice law with my son, Tom Noble, who is a graduate of the University of Oregon Law School. Tom spent his entire youth in Lake Oswego where he attended Hallinan Elementary School, Waluga Junior High School, and graduated from Lakeridge High School. As a youth, he was active in the Boy Scouts and attained the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts. For his undergraduate degree, Tom attended American University in Washington, D.C. and graduated with Honors. He then attended the University of Oregon Law School, where he was the Orlando J. and Marian H. Hollis Scholarship recipient. While in law school, Tom clerked with the Oregon Department of Justice in their Child Advocacy division as well as clerking for the Hon. Carol J. Bispham at the Linn County courthouse. Tom spent his last year in law school working as a Court Certified Law Student at the Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office, handling his own caseload that included prosecutions of DUIIs, Assaults, and Thefts.
