About Oregon Legal Center

Hello. I am Richard Noble, the founder of Oregon Legal Center (OLC). I would like to take a minute to introduce you to Oregon Legal Center and give you some information about my legal career.

Oregon Legal Center, headquartered in West Linn, Oregon, is an Oregon law firm whose primary focus is the field of Estate Planning and Estate Settlement services. Oregon Legal Center has created a reputation for being a leader in providing high-quality, low-cost personalized Estate Planning documents and services to Oregonians wherever they live.

My goal in founding Oregon Legal Center was to harness the power of the Internet to provide high quality Estate Planning to clients throughout Oregon (not just those in the Portland area), at hard-to-beat rates.

Let me tell you a bit about myself. My roots in Oregon go back to 1970 when I moved to Portland after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School. Tour the University of Michigan Law School.

I have been in active practice for 35 years. Over the years I have helped hundreds of Oregonians with Estate Planning. All Living Trust Plans and Will Plans prepared by Oregon Legal Center are prepared by me personally with the assistance of support staff.

richard noble Ted Ellis is an important member of the OLC team. Ted is a graduate of the University of Idaho Law School and he is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Clackamas County Bar Association.
